We have delivered an order, where the customer has shown that he has paid with Klarna, but we have not received payment. We are asked by you to collect the payment, but do not succeed in this. How are we doing this?

If the order was set to manually capture, capturing the payment in the Shopify store should trigger the capture for the Klarna order. If that isn’t working due to an error, you could manually capture in the Klarna merchant portal if needed (although not ideal to have the Shopify and Klarna order data out of sync).
