How to create a max cap giveaway coupon on an ecommerce platform?

We are trying to create a giveaway or free coupon with no purchase necessary, that will allow the customer to choose up to 3 products max for free.

I do not see such an option in the default coupon tool on shopify. Any help appreciated.
