Like said in the title, I would like to know if there is some way to create a text link for a pop up (The Text for the Link would be the small numbers as shown in the first picture) to create a small pop up Text for explanation (like in the second picture)
Hey @EV1 yes this is possible to create a popup and when click on the text it show. May I know which Shopify theme you are using. Also if possible could you please provide me URL of your store so that I take a look and provide you solution code.

You cannot display the popup inside a collapsible row. Instead, you need to create a separate page. Then, in the customization settings, select the popup block and choose that page to display the content.
