Basically I want the row to be divided into 2 50% width columns, and then have a slider on the left with 2 images in the left column and a text section on the right side column.
What would be the best way to get it done? Would appreciate a guide if someone has one

I had a look at that and slick slider did seem like the way to get it done.
The theme I’m using, I think it contains the files for slick slider, but for some reason the slider functionality is not working. I think the implementation of the slider may be bugged because I copied this section over from a child theme. Do you suggest I just do a new implementation of slick slider? Insert all the files and set up the code new as well
