Good day, currently the mobile ‘navigation menu’ on my site is a side bar and I’d like the ‘navigation menu’ on mobile to be at the top of the page, not on the side. Please help if this is possible. Thank you.

As far I can understand, you want display complete menu bar (as on desktop) on mobile, Is this correct?
If yes, then this will have to be custom coded, this does not normally come in-built in the themes.
