I want to add my shipment tracking in Shopify, but the listed couriers are not our courier partner names, and the application is also not available, So my WhatsApp API does not detect the courier tracking no. while add courier no fulfillment. Could pls add the ST couriour (India) in the list of courier servise. Pls find the below tracking URL Fyr.
Use Custom carrier in the fulfillment and paste ST Courier’s tracking URL pattern. Did this on a client store, WhatsApp picked it up once the custom link was added.
Thank you for your suggestion it is very useful to me. Moid, if possible, to listen in ST courier, & also i want to integrate the API profession with Shopify, is there any possibility, and whom to contact for this.

Shopify doesn’t let merchants add new carriers to the built-in list, so ST Courier isn’t something you can “enable” from your end. If the carrier isn’t officially supported, Shopify will always default it to Other, which is why your WhatsApp integration can’t detect it automatically.
Your options right now are basically:

keep using Other and manually paste the tracking URL, or
-
use a tracking app that supports more Indian couriers (like ParcelPanel, it already supports 1400+ carriers globally and can auto-detect ST Courier through the tracking number + custom mapping).
That way customers get a branded tracking page, and your WhatsApp flow can pull the correct URL reliably.
