Hi, I am trying to get a shop page to look like this photo, so that people can add products to their shop without going into each product and see it all on the same page, choosing the categories they want on the side.
Is there a specific plugin/app that needs to be installed for that?

Just checked and found that you are using the Dawn theme, in this case Dawn theme support to show the add to cart button on product card element, but if the product has more than one option, the button choose more option will show instead of ADD TO CART button.

You can “Enable quick add button” function to make your shop look like this from Online store > Themes > Customize > Collections > Default collection > Product grid > select option Enable quick add button

This should be likely a theme feature, not app feature. You can browse the theme store to see which one supports this.
