I use Judgeme to collect reviews and I use the “read all reviews” widget to display all of our reviews in one place. I have one review for a product that we don’t carry anymore and it looks weird on the page b/c it’s different from the rest of the merch and also says “this product is not for sale” - I can’t find any review management in the shop app - am I missing something?

It sounds like you want to remove a review for a product that you no longer carry. You can manage your reviews directly through the Judge.me admin panel. Here are the steps to hide the review:
Step 1: In your Judge.me admin panel, navigate to Manage Reviews > Reviews Dashboard.
Step 2: Select the review you want to hide, then click on “Published” and choose “Hide Review”.
This will ensure the review is not displayed on your “Read All Reviews” widget.

Hi Lkstar, aside from removing products/store from the Shop app completely, did you find any other ways to manage reviews from the Shop app? I am having a similar issue - we use judge.me as well but are struggling with spam reviews from the Shop app so am very interested in any guidance about what to do. We take reviews of our products and store very seriously, and in the Shop app we don’t seem to have any control over spam reviews. I’ve disconnected the Shop app from judge.me in our regular store so at least the Shop app reviews no longer show there (although that’s also a shame because there are many legitimate reviews as well), but it’s incredibly frustrating and it seems like our only option is to remove the Shop app completely.
In our case our most recent review was 1-star and the text is nonsensical quoting odd prices. I reported it but was told that it doesn’t violate any policies. I reached out to support and have also been getting the runaround. They just keep copying and pasting the Shop policies and review guidelines and telling me that at the moment having any kind of control over the reviews shown on your own store is not something that they offer. It’s ridiculous.
If you or anyone else on here has a suggestion, I’d love to hear. It seems a shame to completely cut the Shop channel but we can’t find an alternative.
