ON MY ACCOUNT I HAVE TWO DIFFERENT STORES ONE IS COMPLETED AND THE OTHER NOT SO WHEN VISITERS TRY TO PLACE AN ORDER ON MY STORE THEIRS NO WEBSITE… SO WHEN I PREVIEW MY STORE FROM MY ACCOUNT IT SAYS NAVIGATE TO ADMIN ? I DONT KNOW WHAT THAT MEANS PLEASE HELP ME MAYBE MY WEBITE NOT COMPLETED IM NOT SURE !!!

Hyde here from Shopify.
When you open an account with Shopify, you get a single store and a single accompanying website. It is not possible to have two different stores on one account.
So there are two possible things that may have happened here:
- You may be referring to the themes on your store. You could possibly have one completed, edited theme and one not completed. However, you might not have set the completed/customized theme to be live. Here’s a great guide on managing your themes and publishing them that may be worth a look.
Here too is a video showing you how to publish your theme when you’re ready:
Make sure that your store is live too by picking a plan and going to Online Store > Preferences to ensure the password is disabled.
- You could also have accidentally opened two accounts with Shopify using the same email. I would recommend having a look at your email inbox to double-check that you do not have two accounts open with us currently. You could also use this link to try find both your stores.

What steps should I take to un-publish my store?
In order to unpublish your store, you could simply go to Online Store > Preferences and enable your store password again. If you’d like to close your store completely, we have instructions here on how to do that. Does that help?
