I installed a 3rd party plugin to upload file on my website. When customers add to cart, the image does not reflect in the cart, and subsequently the backend.
I read some sources saying that I have to disable ajax add to cart option on my theme, but I’m not very sure how to go about doing that.

This is due to the ajax cart. You need to disable the ajax cart from Theme customization.
Please check the instruction image below. You need to uncheck this checkbox.

Im using the new Dawn template and when I go to this section I dont have the “add to cart notification” do you know how to turn it off in Dawn???

Dawn theme in use here too with the same problem - there doesn’t seem to be a way to disable ajax “add to cart”
