To disable the Captcha on your store, you need to reach out to the Shopify support team directly and they are happy to help you disable it manually.

Just so you are 100% aware before going ahead with this: Google’s Re-CAPTCHA is a security measure implemented to keep Shopify safe for all and disabling it can you leave you vulnerable to threats. That said, I know it can be frustrating to receive CAPTCHA responses repeatedly so if you do wish to go ahead with disabling it the steps are as follows:
- Go to online store > preferences from your admin
- From here, scroll down to spam protection
- Uncheck both boxes, and be sure to save

Once you have done this if you are still getting Recaptcha prompts, then it is worth looking over this third-party blog post as it has some excellent advice on how to troubleshoot persistent re-captcha issues. I hope this helps!
