The Shopify chat on my store has recently added the Pre Chat Form where the customer has to enter first name, last name and email address.
This has drastically dropped customer contacts on our online store.
How can I disable this pre chat form feature? Image below.

Most probably, you are using 3rd party shopify App or service for live chat, If yes then It will be better to contact the service provider support.

You can use another Shopify app for real live chat, no redirect, no jump to another page or a form. You can try PingMe here for Messenger live chat right on your store.
