I’m using “Dawn” theme
Is it possible to use a Multirow section to display all the products on a specific collection? I’ve tried but have hit a brick wall with dynamic sources
So, can this be done? If not I’m obviously barking up the wrong tree and need to use something else (product grid?

As your requirement “Using Multirow to Display A Collection”, you can try the following:
Step 1: Go to Online Store => Theme => Customize
Step 2: Create a new Template at Collections and customize template by add a section, multirow.
In this step, you can edit template as you want. Select image, change caption, heading, description text, link to products,…
Similar to other products you want to present in collections. You can add as many rows as you like.
Step 3: Save and create link to this collections.
