How to display landscape pictures and center logos on mobile with Minimal Theme?

Hello community.

I am using the minimal theme. A couple of quick questions…hopefully.

  1. How can I display an imported picture in landscape vs. portrait on my phone. This is the picture which displays upon opening the link. It displays fully in landscape on my desktop, but seems to display in portrait on my iPhone.

  2. How do I get my logo to appear at the top center of the home page on my iPhone. It displays perfectly at the top center of the page on my desktop.
