How to display the 'See size guide' button on Debut theme?

Hi,

I have been following a guide to add a size chart to product types on my site, this guide has worked well for me on debut in the past but now I cannot get the “See size guide” button to show, please help me resolve this issue.

I have followed all the code but on the product page there is no button to say “View size chart” or anything like that. this part in particular is missing.
