Is there a function on Shopify to edit discount codes in bulk? My team works heavily with influencer affiliates who all have codes (300 of them!) it would be nice to be able to edit these in bulk when there are changes made to the terms etc.
I think this would be super useful to larger companies that use your platform!

We’ve had that predicament with some of our clients, and the recommendation was to always use the following application: Bulk Discount Code Generator - Generate sets of unique discount codes and stop coupon abuse. | Shopify App Store
You can then treat all the codes as one code, thus changing the terms, discounts, etc…

Hi, I know this is old. But using that app, are you able to update existing codes? Or would you have to create new ones? We also have 1000+ affiliate codes we’d like to edit in bulk.
Same issue, slightly different angle.
We have a LOT of codes that apply to certain products and we’ve just added a product to our line, so we’re looking at manually adding the product to a mountain of codes.
And, we have new products we’ll be adding in 2024, so this will come up again soon.
I would love to be able to select a group of codes and make them combineable with other codes since that is now finally an option! We have a loyalty program that I would like to allow customers to combine their award discounts with other discounts since we often have some kind of promotion going on. I see that I can go through them one by one to change the settings, but that will take me FOREVER.

If you are seeking a solution to this problem, you can use the Matrixify app. With Matrixify, you have the option to export all your discount codes, make updates to them, and then import them back into the system using the “command” parameter set to “UPDATE”. This process allows you to update your existing discount codes without needing to delete them first.
