Hey so im using debutify theme, and one of their paid add ons is an annoucment bar, but i am not using the paid version anymore. is there a way for me to just use a shopfiy announcement bar? i cant find it anywhere..

Hi @mrpluckyguy , You can try the following steps:
Step 1: Go to Shopify Admin → Online Store ->Theme → Customize
Step 2: You will see header section → Choose Add Section → Choose Announcement bar

But he’s using debutify, which is not operated by shpify so he won’t have the shopify announcement bar lol. But @mrpluckyguy , there definitly is. But you can’t use the original shopify one like in dawn, sense etc. since it uses stylesheets and assets that aren’t in debutify, so you can’t copy and paste the code directly from dawn or sense. But I will code a replica of it for you and give you the instructions then. I will code it now, so I would much appreciate a little tip if you like the announcement bar then

If you’re using our latest theme version 6.X+, first you need to enable the add-on from your Debutify account > add-ons:
Once done, head over to your theme editor, and make sure add-on is not hidden:
If things look different on your end, you’re using our legacy theme version, either 4.X or 5.X, which are not fully supported anymore. In that case, please update to the latest theme version:
