I’ve recently launched my store but when my customers try to select their country at checkout it will only let them choose the United States. I have tried everything. Help would be much appreciated :).

In order for your customers to be able to select a given region during checkout, you would need to set up at least one shipping zone that covers this region.
From what you have mentioned here, it may be the case that you have only set this up to cover the USA so far.
You can see how to add more shipping zones to any of your profiles here on our help site.
Check that out and see if you can confirm any shipping zones are present for non-US areas you want to ship to.
You may need to clear the cache on your browser after updating settings like this so you can be sure you’re seeing the most up-to-date version of your store online.
Can you tell me a bit more about what you’re selling and what stage your business is at?
You mentioned you had launched already, are you getting good traffic and conversions thus far?
