For example. I have a product A. And I want to have free shipping on it from $50+.
And I have a product B and I want it to be charged always for the shipping. When customers put them in the cart separately, there is no issue. But when they add in one card products A and B it shows FREE shipping. So yeah, is it possible to fix it?

To achieve different shipping rules for different products in Shopify, especially when using a combination of products with varying shipping requirements, you can use the Stellar Delivery Date & Pickup App.

This requirement can be configured using Shopify shipping profiles. You can create separate shipping profiles for different product types and set up shipping rates for each profile under the respective shipping zones.
For example, add Product A (e.g., DTF transfers) to a profile with a free shipping option for orders over $50. Then, create a custom profile for Product B (24 x 300 Feet Roll) and configure its respective shipping cost.
When products from two different shipping profiles are in the same cart, Shopify sums up the cheapest available option from each profile and displays the combined cost at checkout.

Your scenario is easily solved with the Calcurates app and its grouping feature for Table Rates. You may configure multiple product groups (A and B in your case) by tags, collections, vendors, SKUs or metafield and then apply individual shipping rates and free shipping threshold conditions for each group.
