We do regular price updates using a CSV import app.
However a user made a mistake when creating the upload and the result was 2 SKUS were set to zero price and we got a deluge of people ordering these SKUS and some managed to get through resulting in big losses.
Is there an automated app or process for Shopify to check pricing on active products on a regular basis and send email warnings if any are zero priced?
I don’t see any way to do this in Shopify Flow, as they don’t have a product/variant update trigger.
You could use our Report Toaster app to create a report for active products with missing prices. Then you could email that report to responsible parties hourly only if there are any products that match the criteria.

You can create an automated CSV or Excel export of all product variants where the price is equal to 0 and have it sent to an email address or multiple email addresses as frequently as every 15 minutes.
