Hello, I want to clarify about point 18 of the «Shopify API License and Terms of Use».

«not use an alternative to Shopify Checkout for web checkout or payment processing, or register any transactions through the Shopify API in connection with such activity, without Shopify’s express written authorization»;
I want to add a «Pay Now» button on the «order status page». I will make the button through the «additional scripts» field (Settings → Checkout → Order status page). The «Pay Now» button appears when you select a manual payment method «Payment via TBC Bank». By clicking on the button, the user will be redirected to the payment page «TBC Bank». After a successful payment, I want to use the «Shopify API» so that the order goes into the paid status.
Yesterday the support service said that this would be a violation of the license.
I can get written permission from Shopify, as set out in clause 18, that I add this payment method ?
