Ive created my products on printify and connected my printify catalog to my shopify store, but for some reason, the background stays white even though they were uploaded as transparent PNGs. ive tried adding countless CSS code solutions on here and none have worked,

The images are in jpg, Refer to screenshot below.
Please use PNG image for transparent background.
You are a king. Considering i made my product designs on canva, and saved them as PNGs and made them in Printify to then connect the store to my Shopify website, does that mean i have to save my images as JPGs and change the images in my printify catalog and then the issue would be solved?
I just tried the issue is when i change the format from PNG to JPG the files cant images dont have a transparent background anymore
