Hello. Is there anyone here who can help me add code for the star widget from Klaviyo here? I am not getting any help from Klaviyo or Shopify support, or theme support to add it. Theme support says I have to add a worse theme to my online store for it to work. And then updates and newer improvements will not be added. I think that is too bad service when you have paid $450 for the theme that I use in my online store.

What they mean about updates is this – when new theme version is available, Shopify will warn you whether your theme code was edited and if this is the case – update will remove your edits. You’d need to re-apply them after update.
Not the best, but you can handle it if you document all the changes made.
If you want this on the product page – you can use “Custom liquid” block in Customizer to add the required code.
However, on collection page most themes will need code edit to add the widget.
And share more info, like your store URL, location where you want new elements added, screenshots/sketches – this will help people help you.
