So I was sent a DMCa takedown notice for my www.shopelsaurio.com for using the icon theme which i purchased in 2020, I want answers because i paid and the store looked great and functioned properly. They explained the theme was unlicensed, how can I take back the theme and use it or get a reimbursement to purchase another good theme?

Have you contacted Shopify support for this??
They can look into this and provide you an immediate solution.
I tried contacting them because they say my theme is currently unlicensed and it cost 260$ (icons theme) and they only send me to a faq link page. No dorect support or help, I deleted the theme but I want to get a reimbursement to purchase another one and put the page to look good.
