My store’s current Google Shopping status is ‘GOOD’. What should I do to make it excellent? Also, I don’t have a website manager. Should I hire one, or can I do it myself? Additionally I have about 150 SKU, is this enough to start running goolge ads?

I assume you are talking about the trusted stores badge in Google Merchant Center, if yes, you can follow what you need to improve on by going here: https://merchants.google.com/mc/quality
If this is not what you meant, then maybe you are talking about the Google Ads campaign ad strength?
If so, that is usually related to the assets you add, for example in Performance Max. Consider adding all elements such as all headlines, all 5 descriptions, and all long headlines. All Images and 5 videos, as well as your branding.
Simply follow the steps in your campaign setup when you create a new campaign, or when you edit an existing campaign.
The amount of products you want to advertise or sell, doesn’t matter, you can start having success with as little as 1 product. It just depends on what you sell. And how good your data quality is as well as your campaign setup.

As most merchants would just use the data from the website, but that usually is not good enough. Google Shopping requires a lot more data quality.
