I installed and set up the app “Advanced Shipping Rules” on my website to enable me to form more combinations and create more filters for shipping.
But, when I go to checkout on my website, it does not give me any shipping options. How do I link the app?

Thanks for the link to the store. That’s super helpful with troubleshooting. I tested the checkout on your website. However, I’m too presented with the following error.
It looks like there is no shipping rate for the area I entered, or it’s not activated. I understand you set up all the rates in the app, but we cannot look into accounts specifics via the Community for privacy and security reasons.
You can reach out to our Contact page here and log in to your account. It will allow us to verify you as the account owner securely. The next available Support Advisor will be able to look into it for you.
While the Advisor can look further into your account, Advanced Shipping Rules is a third party app. Therefore, it might be best to immediately get in touch with the app developer. Their support email is info@advancedshippingrules.com. If you’d chat over the phone, the number is 1 (646) 820 1242.
