How to make announcement bar dissappear on scroll - Debut Theme

Hi there,

I would like some help making changes to my website using Debut theme.

I need help making my Announcement Bar disappear on the scroll as I go down the page on desktop and mobile.

I also need help with making sure that the Announcement bar sits above the main navigation without cutting off the main banner image. Please see screenshots 1 and 2 for reference.

Lastly, I’d like some help adding a feature in the Announcement Banner that indicates to customers how much more they need to spend before they qualify for free shipping. Please see screenshot 3 for reference.
