How to merge all size variants from a product in Google Merchant or Google Shopping Ads?

Hi everybody,

I’m using app Google Shopping App from Shopify.

When I checked Google Merchant or Google Shopping Campaigns, I saw that all size variants from products were showed there.

Could you help me the way to merge all size variants into 1 product on GG Merchant or GG Shopping Ads.
