How to move the menu item on the bottom row to the middle of page

Hello,

How can I move the menu item in the second line to the middle of the page?

I would also like to resize the login sign up buttons to look like so

I had to add an extra menu item which completely threw off the spacing and everything

or maybe I could move the main logo, the white one. Farther to the left so it all fits in one line
