I know how to set up discount codes. Is there a way to offer customers free shipping along with a discount?
If you want to offer free shipping along with a discount, then you would need to set up a free shipping rate in Settings/Shipping. Our help centre document here goes into the steps needed to set up free shipping rates along with other information on how to set up your shipping area.
Our Product teams are actively looking into creating “stackable discounts” which would allow store owners to offer both a free shipping discount along with a product discount code. I do not have a timeframe for when or if this feature will become available, though it is on our radar.

Do you have any way to create Free Shipping for subscription products only? Right now I am integrated with the ReCharge app. I cannot base the shipping profile on weight or cost as it would be the same as one-time purchases. But I am looking to give Free Shipping on Subscription products only. ReCharge said it was a Shopify Checkout API issue that they are hopefully working on? If so, any advice on how to get around this? Or a timeline of when it may work? Or an app recommendations for subscriptions that would allow free shipping on just those products?
