You just simply have to drag the code of product reviews below the code of your product title, most probably in your product-card.liquid file. If you’re not familiar with coding or have no idea how to do it then I would suggest you to hire a Shopify developer who can help you out in performing this smoothly without causing any errors. Maybe your store is putting the store above the title card in the theme code
Just move it down below, I did the first one as in the picture: https://img001.prntscr.com/file/img001/ucXKYP-jRE6QSfwiKd5Naw.png
But I’m not sure which file it is in in your code, so if possible, can you share the theme editing permission with us?
I will find it and move it down below for you.
