How to redirect a collections page to another collections page?

Hi all,

Simple question: I want to redirect /collections page number 1 (https://sprixybox.com/collections/fai-da-te-prodotti-medio-piccoli) and send that traffic to /collections page number 2 (https://sprixybox.com/collections/all)).

I want to do so because collections page number 1 isn’t supposed to be viewed. I want anyone who lands on page number 1 to be redirected to page number 2. They are supposed to see page 2, not page 1.

As a solution, I already went to Online Store → Navigation → View URL redirects

It doesn’t seem to work because it is stated that /collection urls cannot be redirected to any other url (unless there is some trick?).

I tried downloading a few redirect apps with no success either.

The best I could do was try to remove these urls from Google SEO (https://search.google.com/search-console/removals?) however if anyone finds this URL it will still work, and it won’t redirect. So this solution is not bullet proof.

How can I do? I see quite a few people have this problem, and there is no evident solution online so far…

Hello @KetanKumar many thanks for the support.

As I mentioned, url #1 isn’t ever supposed to be viewed (I just needed this collection to group some of my products, and to be viewed in other ways).

url #1 already isn’t anywhere to be found in my navigation. My problem is about how to redirect any eventual traffic.

Just in case someone manages to land on url #1 (via SEO, other) how can I simply have a redirect to url #2?

For example, I do not want people to see this url ever: https://sprixybox.com/collections/all/products

Instead I want people to see this one: https://sprixybox.com/collections/all

How can I redirect traffic from url 1 to url 2?
