I have a Shopify store with the Minimal Theme.
On the Collection list page, I have a collection titled Example Collections Title with a stock image. How can I remove this as I have set up all the various collections I need.

Looking into the URL that you have provided, I noticed that the collections that are displaying on the homepage are not clickable at the moment. Could you let us know which theme you are using and if you have made any custom coding changes?
If you are unsure about which theme is live on your online store, you can navigate to the Theme Editor and select the three dots that are appearing towards the top left of the page. I took a screenshot from my test store to show you the section I am referring to:

I’m using Minimal theme.
I know I did:
From your Shopify admin, go to Online Store > Themes.
Click Actions > Edit code.
The code editor shows a directory of theme files on the left, and a space
to view and edit the files on the right.
When you click a file in the directory on the left, it opens in the code
editor.
In the Snippets folder, click the collection-grid-item.liquid file.
There was a file starting with
I then replaced it with {% if template != ‘index’ %}

In this case, if you have made a custom coding change to the online store, you can roll back to an older version of your theme by navigating to Online store > Theme > Edit Code.and select the file that you made changes to. Once that is selected, you should be able to locate the Recent changes drop down towards the top of the page. I took a screenshot from my test store to show you the section:
Since the Minimal theme is designed and supported by Shopify, we can use free design time for Shopify themes to have our internal team make the corresponding coding change on your behalf to have the collection title removed from the homepage.
If you are interested in using the design time, you will need to login to your store using our Contact Us page. This will allow us to securely verify you as the store owner before speaking directly with a Support Advisor about the changes you would like to see.
