I would like to remove the phrase about tax from the product page and also from cart page.
Can anyone help and find a solution for that?

These should be a theme settings regarding “Show Tax/Policies”. Otherwise, you can access your product template liquid file and cart template liquid file and look for the “tax-note” class and remove it by encapsulating it between {%comment %} and {%endcomment%}
We can also easily remove these for you should you want to. Cheers!
