How to remove the 'create account' option but retain 'sign in' on my website?

Hi all,

I want to only allow certain people to have accounts. So I do not want to allow people to be able to sign up for an account, only to log in. Is there a way to remove the create account option but keep the sign into my account option? I am using the simple theme. My website is www.pennsylvaniaparks.org.

yes its possible to tag base customization code if you have add only tag that that user can be login
