How to remove the currency code from shopify?

Hi,

How to remove the currency code from appearing in the store?

for example : we want to show only : 404 MAD without the currency code “Dh”, screenshot below

If you head to Settings > Store details in the Shopify admin, you’ll see an option to “Change formatting” in the Store currency section of the page:

Clicking on this option will allow you to edit how your currencies are displayed throughout your online store:

In your case, you should see “Dh” appear before “{{amount}} MAD” in the text boxes here. Deleting the “Dh” from these sections and saving your changes should result you seeing the currency formatting you want on your storefront.

Hi Victor, thanks for the answer, unfortunately, we already tried this but it didn’t work, by the way, the default store currency is USD

Right, I see. With this being the case, I’d recommend contacting our support team and asking them to look into this for you. They can authenticate you on the account and investigate in more detail why the currency formatting isn’t working as desired.
