It appears the image you shared is showing your website’s different collections appearing in Google. Just so you know, removing any page will remove you from the Google index entirely which can make your products harder to find for your customers.
Google thinks your collections are better suited for that search query instead of other pages within your store. I would not suggest trying to deindex the collection as that will likely stop other legitimate organic traffic from going to the collection page.

There are a couple of things that you should keep in mind in order to have a product description that ranks well. You want to write the description as if you’re writing it to a potential customer, touching on descriptive words about the product and its use. A lot of the time merchants list keywords without any structure, thinking the more key words the better - but this is not the case. We have a great blog with further detail on this right here.
