How to resolve CCAvenue payment gateway error 10002 on my site?

Hi

I am signed up with CCAvenue as Payment Gateway for my Shopify site. CCAvenue created 2 Merchant ID’s for me, first through my bank, for which I was getting 10002 error and CCAvenue said they do not support Shopify integration, and then a second Merchant Account, directly for me (without my bank referral). So now I deactivate the CCAvenue Payment Plugin in my Shopify site and reconnect it, but I am still getting the 10002 error. Turns out, Shopify has my New CCAvenue Merchant Account in my Payment Processing Plugin, but sends the old Access Code. I deactivated CCAvenue and tried again, and it still sends the same Access Code. So the Shopify Plugin is not fetching the new Access Code. This seems like a coding issue wherein the Shopify plugin is not accessing the new Access Code when there is a new Merchant ID logged in for the same Payment Processor. Can someone from the Shopify help resolve this?
