How to resolve 'translation missing' error in my cart checkout?

This text is on my cart and I am not sure how to fix it:

I ended up just changing the code so instead of showing “shipping at checkout” it showed “shipping and taxes at checkout” or something of the sort. I didn’t know what to put until I read the article you linked. It gave me the foundation to understand what was going on so I could fix it. Thank you.
