A friend was trying to other from my store but got this message attached in this picture, what could the problem be
You will need to check that there are shipping rates set up for your country/region in Settings/Shipping. If there is more than one location, then the inventory may be set for a location that doesn’t have shipping rates as shipping rates can be location-specific. I’d recommend reviewing our shipping rates help document along with our locations document to see if you have your rates set up correctly.
