Of all the practical things that ai can do to grow your business, what would be the top 3 things you want ai to take over and really make a difference?
- Create test
- Create image
- Create video
How do you deploy AI to conduct an A/B test? And what aspect would or have you tried already? Product line-up, collection, or pricing?
Customer engagement & personalization
Operational efficiency / automation
Data-driven growth strategy & business model innovation
Honestly, the top 3 things I’d love AI to handle are
Help in Marketing automation by creating campaigns that actually work.
Product page optimization with better descriptions, SEO, and guide for better visuals
help in Customer retention by predicting and recommending action to bring shoppers back
Which app do you use for marketing automation?
Image and Photo generation for sure. Your visuals matter when you scale. AI can help do that quicker and cheaper but images must not look too AI, so you need to be careful with that. Also AI is good at things like evaluating your product listings too, I found.
I’ve been deep in this lately. What moved the needle most for me wasn’t more apps, it was setting up custom GPT workflows that plug straight into Shopify (customer service replies, product optimization, and inventory prediction). Saved me a ton of time.
Curious what part of your store slows you down the most right now?
Here’s what nobody tells you upfront: buying five separate AI tools one for images, one for email, one for SEO feels efficient but isn’t. Each tool learns your brand separately, so you’re basically training five interns instead of one.
What worked better for me was cutting down to fewer tools that shared the same product and customer data Ahrefs for tracking search rankings, Klaviyo for email, and one agent-based system to tie the brand voice together across everything else. ShopOS is one of the newer platforms doing that the agents pull from one shared brand memory instead of each tool working blind.
