How to see the date when a new item is added in an existing order in Shopify's API

An order 1001 is placed on Jan 1 2024 with 4 ordered products. Later, that same order is edited and a new item is added on Jan 2. And the same order is edited and a new item is added on Jan 3.

How can I see the date when each product was added in the same order, along with the date?
