Hello! I am using the Brooklyn theme. I’m wondering how can you send the “welcome email” to my customers when they sign up at checkout on my Shopify store?? They get sent the welcome email when they sign up through the host form, or when I manually subscribe them, but there is an optional box they can “check” when checking out to opt-in for newsletters. Please see attached picture for reference (check box found below the email field). I’ve noticed when someone signs up that way, it doesn’t look like they get sent that initial automated welcome email. Is that so? And if so, can we change it so that they are? Thank you! -Heather
@marrydaniel Thanks for the response. However, I have done that already. I have an ongoing automated welcome email triggered by when they sign up. The issue is it doesn’t send when they opt-in by checking the box at checkout… it only sends if they subscribe on the home page, or through a different URL host form on my link tree, or if I manually add them. I need it to also send a welcome email if they opt in on the checkout page. Thanks!
