Hi,

To add shipping rates based on weight, head to Settings → Shipping & Delivery → Shipping → Manage rates. You can add the required shipping zones (where you will be selling your products to) and under each zone, there will be an option to “add rate”. Choose it and you can add the rates based on weight as shown below.

As @PluginHive correctly explained, you can easily set shipping rates per weight and country!

Sometimes you may even want specific shipping rates for a particular set of products or even an individual product, for which you would create a shipping profile.
