I want a discount where if someone buys 1 item from Collection A and Collection B they would get a 10% discount on both items.
I setup a discount where you buy A and Get 10% off B and also one where you Buy B and get 10% off A and set it up so that the discounts can be used with other product discounts. But it still does not work. Is there a way to do it. It will only apply the largest discount - not both.

For this type of discount, I would recommend a bundle app. Anytime someone puts X from collection A into their cart, it offers a bundle to get 10% off both items if they add Y from collection B.
