I hope you’re all well!
I’m trying to find out whether I’m able to setup a follow-up email(s) for x amount of time after purchase - but just for specific products?
Most of our products are shipped immediately, but certain ones are custom-made & can take a few weeks, so just wanted to set up emails to go out automatically if the order isn’t fulfilled within 2 weeks, for example.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

You can look for marketing tools like Klaviyo that allow you to set specific email flows after a certain number of days have passed since the purchase, or you can use an automated order management platform where you can simply set the number of days after an Order Delayed email or an SMS notification is sent to the customer. This is especially useful when dealing with customized items, which take longer to ship.
