I am hoping to setup a monthly product that I can digitally send out to customers. Does anyone know of a setting within Shopify or an app that is setup for digital subscriptions. Ideally I wouldn’t have to individually email out the product each month to each customer.

No, not yet.
Hoping to have a product for 12 months of monthly digital downloads. For example: If they purchase in January, they get their downloads thru December, and if they purchase in March, they will get the first three right away and then one a month through December. Is there some sort of app that would make this simple for me through Shopify without having to have send downloads manually?
It is possible to setup a digital product subscription in Shopify by using Shopify digital download app and a subscription app like Loop Subscriptions
How it works
You would need to create a Monthly subscription product in Shopify
Using Shopify digital download app, you can configure a digital download link with this product.
Now using the Loop subscription app, you can create a selling plan for monthly subscription and map the Monthly subscription product to it.
You can also set the billing date as 1st or 2nd of the month for every future recurring payments.
Limitations
When customer purchases the subscription, they will not get the previous month downloads. So, you would have to do this manually
You would have to update the digital download link at the start of month so that once a customer is billed for that month, they will get that month link in their email.
Does this also mean that if they forget to download the item before the next month then they also lose access to it?
