How to show only 1 shipping option for both prepaid and cash on delivery

we offer free shipping All over India on Prepaid and Cash on Delivery. So we have installed Cash on Delivery App by Shopify. As both modes of shipping is free there is no need of having 2 method as Standard Shipping ( Prepaid ) and Cash on Delivery ( Free Shipping ). can plz someone help and let me know how can i show only 1 shipping option for both. thanks

thanks for your reply but this is not going to solve the problem. if i remove the standard shipping (prepaid) , online payment is getting disabled. i want to keep both cash on delivery and prepaid option but want only 1 shipping option that is free for both.

Hello @AAshesh

I suggest you remove the advanced cash on delivery app if you don’t need to have a fee for COD. Do you need that app for other reasons?

Without that app it will work exactly as you want it, with 1 shipping method and then the customer will select the payment option he prefers the most in the Payments page at checkout

Unfortunately, it’s not possible to omit either option.

Even though both options are free, it’s essential to present both of them to allow the customer to choose between Prepaid and Cash on delivery. Depending on the customer’s selection, Shopify will provide the corresponding option to the buyer.
