How to switch from grid to list view for product display?

Our store will not display products in the grid view only list.

the Grid view shows no products but the List view does

@HSO1 - i checked it on browser, not visible on grid view as code is not fetched for grid view, so grid view code needs to be checked as it is not working or not written at all.
