How to track conversions with Traffic Junky advertising?

I would like to advertise through Traffic Junky. To track my traffic, I have to insert an “HTML version” or a “Postback URL” that I receive from Traffic Junky. My question is where do I need to insert these things to track my conversion. I would be very grateful for a quick answer!!!

Hi There, I’m going to test this through GTM. Did you implement this and if so, how did it work out?

I have used GTM with Traffic Junky and had no luck. I have triggers in GTM to fire on the thank you page. But it’s not working. Everything I read says that GTM will not fire anything on the Shopify Thank You page. I have been trying to figure a way to have GTM work on Shopify Thank You page.
